T. PRAY Education: Mr. Pray received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont Men’s College in Claremont, California. In addition, he continued his education at University of California at Irvine with studies in Commercial and Investment Properties, Residential Income Properties, at Stanford University Graduate School of Engineering with studies in Construction Management. Experience: Mr. Pray has over 35 years experience in the construction industry on a vast array of project types including hotels, office and commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, warehouses and industrial buildings, medical facilities and parking structures. Mr. Pray’s experience includes the complete operational responsibility for a pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete manufacturing facility in Hawaii. Mr. Pray’s recent projects include the renovations to the Turtle Bay Resort and the Ocean Villas in Kahuku, Hawaii. Mr. Pray’s expertise in project management is extensive. As a project manager for C. L. Peck Contractor in Los Angeles, he provided construction management services on the following major projects:
